How To De-Bloat Naturally Using Only 3 Ingredients

As I get older, my face bloat has been getting worse and worse it seems. I gained some weight after I got married, but during quarantine I ended up losing 15 pounds! Woo! BUT, the face bloat seemed to stay. I started researching like crazy because in all of my pictures my face looked super fat, and no i’m not just saying that. So, I thought is a dairy intolerance? Is it something i’m eating? Is it hormones? WHAT IS IT!? So, when I went home over the holidays, my entire family was taking shots every morning. I started taking them too, and I noticed a significant difference in my face bloat. I noticed my double chin is less than what it was. I feel a lot more energized when drinking this.

Here are the 3 ingredients you need to make this shot: Fresh Ginger, Lemon, and Turmeric. All 3 of these ingredients are great for inflammation in the body.

Directions:

Take a spoon peel a 3 inch piece of ginger. A spoon ensures you only peel off the skin of the ginger and not pieces of the flesh. Sometimes an actual peeler takes too much of the actual ginger. Cut into pieces and throw the peeled ginger into blender. I like to use a Nutribullet, it’s perfect for small pieces of ginger. Once that is blended use a strainer to squeeze the pulp into a shot glass. The juice should come out easily! Fill half of the shot glass with this ginger juice. Cut half of a lemon and squeeze the juice into the rest of the shot glass filling almost to the rim. Mix in 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric powder and you’re ready to drink! The taste is spicy and tart, but you’ll get used to it!

Please note, I do not advise anyone to start something without consulting with your doctor first.
